Farm to Glass: Red Rock

We’re offering snapshots of the libations competing in Salt Lake magazine’s annual Farm to Glass Cocktail Contest, here’s Red Rock’s cocktail.


The Alpenglow

  • 1.5 oz Antelope Island Rum
  • .75 oz Utah Honey Cinnamon Simple Syrup
  • .75 oz Lime Juice
  • 2 dashes of Bitter Lab Aromatic Bitters
  • 2 dashes of Peychauds

Combine into tin over ice and shake. Garnish w/ House Preserved Utah Pie Cherries.
