Nibley Park Cocktail
- 7 oz Chasing Tail Golden Ale
- 1.5 oz Beehive Barrel Reserve Gin
- .75 oz Honey Syrup
- 4 Mint Leaves
- 1.5 oz Chilled Black Tea
- Combine 2 parts honey with 1 part warm water, then chill.
To Prepare Cocktail:
Add gin, honey syrup, and mint to shaker. Shake over ice and double strain using a Hawthorne and mesh strainer (to keep the chunks of mint out of your teeth). Add Chasing Tail and float the black tea on top.
