Farm to Glass: Takashi

We’re offering snapshots of the libations competing in Salt Lake magazine’s annual Farm to Glass Cocktail Contest, here’s Takashi’s cocktail.

Francine the Bearded Lady 2.0

  • 1.5  oz beehive distilling barrel reserve gin
  • .5  oz Dolin Genepy des Alpes
  • .5 oz Orange Liqueur
  • .5 oz fresh fennel juice
  • .5 oz fresh lemon juice
  • .5 oz Balasamic Vinegar Honey Syrup

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake hard until cold. Strain into a chilled Collins glass over fresh ice and garnish with a fennel frond.
