DeJoria Center is excited to welcome Grammy award-winning country singer LeAnn Rimes on Friday, December 16 as part of her “Today is Christmas Tour 2016.”
“DeJoria Center is excited LeAnn Rimes has included us in her tour,” said Tracy Mullen, director of sales and marketing for DeJoria Center. “We offer concert-goers a unique holiday experience being located in the beautiful, snow-covered Uintah Mountains. It will be a memorable Christmas concert for all, and we are looking forward to it.”
Rimes got her start at the young age of thirteen with her debut single, “Blue.” She immediately caught the attention of country fans throughout the country and her career took off. Since then, Rimes has received numerous awards including two Grammy Awards for Best New Artist and Best Female Country Vocal Performance. Rimes recently released her holiday album, Today is Christmas, which was the inspiration for her tour.
Opening the evening for LeAnn Rimes will be The Bundys, a sibling trio born and raised on music in Cincinnati, Ohio. They successfully funded their first full-length album through a Kickstarter campaign in 2014. Guided by producer Justin Tocket with Dockside Studios in Maurice, Louisiana, “Louisiana Avenue” was released in September, 2015.
DeJoria Center is the only large, upscale entertainment and events center in the Wasatch Mountains. Nestled against the scenic mountains in Kamas, Utah, the venue offers year-round activities on the 1,100 acre natural conservancy area.
