Ginger Snap Aquavit Recipe
- 1 thumb size piece of ginger
- 5 cinnamon sticks
- 30 cloves
- zest of ½ orange
- 750 ml vodka
- Scrub ginger, then slice into coins.
- Add sliced ginger to a glass jar or bottle along with cinnamon sticks, cloves, orange zest, and vodka.
- Seal and store in a cool place, out of direct light, for 5-7 days.
- Strain before enjoying.
