Park City's 350 Main serves up a unique fall menu

A new and hearty winter menu is coming to Park City favorite 350 Main. Ran by Chef Matthew Safranek, the kitchen has announced new salads, soups and innovative ways of serving trout, tenderloin and elk sausage. Enjoy roasted Colorado elk sausage with lingonberry chutney, baby arugula and frisee salad with candied garlic vinaigrette, Rocky Mountain trout with spice roasted sweet potatoes or a grilled 8 oz. beef tenderloin with red wine braised short rib ragout.

Using local and sustainable ingredients to produce fine American cuisine, 350 Main is known as a destination for gourmet dining in a picturesque atmosphere. The establishment is popular among Sundance movie-goers and a staple for locals. “The mission is simple: serve delicious, healthy food that guests will want to return to week after week,” quotes the restaurant’s website. Their sister restaurant, The Spur Bar and Grill, next door is also a must-try with comforting bar food, well-crafted drinks and live music every night.
