Firewood Chef John Murcko’s new place on Main Street is all about cooking with fire – his massive Inferno kitchen grill by Grillworks runs on oak, cherry, and applewood, depending on what’s cooking. But that doesn’t mean flavors here are all about wood and char, each dish is layered and nuanced, with influences from all over the world. Definitely a new star on Main Street.
