Salt Lake magazine Dining Awards are looming…

Everyone at this time of year is thinking ahead to Christmas and other holidays and New Year’s Eve—making lists, revising lists, checking them twice.

At SLmag we’re (mostly I’m) doing the same thing but with a longer view. This is the season we start thinking about our annual Dining Awards—always the week after Valentine’s Day—when we put together our list of Best Restaurants in Utah for that year.

This is a VERY hard job. By comparison, a Christmas list is, well, a piece of cake.

If you have any ideas, bring’em on. Just to spark your memory, here is last year’s list.

By the way, Salt Lake magazine’s Dining Awards event has always been invitation-only. This year, we’re considering selling some tickets to the public—stay tuned. This is a fun party.
