I just received a message from Johnny Kwon, owner of the late Naked Fish and the new marvel, Ikigai. The message: Kwon is closing his restaurant. Period. This week.
Kwon has always held the highest standards for his restaurants and his absence—not to mention the absence of the incredible teams he has put together—is going to leave a huge, high-quality hole in Salt Lake’s dining scene.
Sad.
Can I blame this on Trump? Why not? He’s an icky guy.
