A Sneak Peak of The Grand America's Holiday Window Displays

Local Park City artist Jonnie Parker Hartman is the mastermind behind this year’s Grand America Hotel holiday window displays. For the past six months, Hartman has collaborated with a group of talented artist, on over 2200 hours of sketching, hand-crafting and construction. From November 9 to the 12, Hartman will be installing the art pieces for their grand unveiling on November 22.

The year’s windows, titled “Holidays around the World” features a penguin named Maurice as he travels through 17 different countries. Other fun designs to look out for include a hand-stitched 5-foot Loch Ness Monster, 250 glittered and painted pieces, five dozen hand-made tulips and a life-sized set Russian stacking dolls.
