Stanza Offers a Rose Wine Event to Ring in Spring

What says spring better than rose wine under the stars? At Stanza, nothing. They will be debuting their new roses on April 26 along with a four-course menu from Chef Jonathan LeBlanc. The wines are selected by Vine Lore, a locally owned cohort of connoisseurs. They promise it will be all that spring can be: light, refreshing and pink like the flowers after all this rain.

Four wines pair with four courses: An appetizer Spring Corn Cappuccino begins your descent into decadence. The main course will be a Ricotta Gnocchi followed by Sea Bass “Acqua Pazza.” To close the evening, you will enjoy a Strawberry Rhubarb Crostata from pastry chef Amber Billingsley. Sounds lovely, doesn’t it? The cost is only $85 per person or $55 if you enjoy fine dining but would like to drive yourself home.

Everyone else, toss your keys and call an uber for a decadent night out on the town. Stanzas’ classy Italian vibe is the perfect intimate setting for a date night or moment away from the kids. There is really nothing better than great wine and good food on a beautiful summer night.
