Easter is undeniably one of the biggest sweet holidays of the year. That’s why instead of focusing on just one dessert shop this week, I’m taking you to some of my favorite places to get Easter treats. You’ll notice an abundance of carrots and pastels. If you have an Easter favorite I missed, let me know in the comments so we can try it out!
Bubble & Brown Bakery
Bubble & Brown always prepares a nice treat for holidays, and Easter is no exception. They will be hosting a special Easter Shoppe Pop-Up at Amour Cafe on Easter morning from 8:00 to noon. A variety of tasty seasonal selections will be available, but if you’re feeling particularly hoppy for the holiday, go for the rainbow carrot & mascarpone layer cake or the bunny-shaped French macarons pictured above. Pre-order via email by Sunday, March 25 to guarantee your favorites will be in stock. There will also be limited quantities available for walk-up purchase at the pop-up shop as well as Saturday’s farmers market. See the full menu at bubbleandbrownbakery.com/holidayshop2018/

Rockwell never fails to come up with creative ice cream flavors, and the Provo shop is feeling especially inspired for Easter. If you are a fan of carrot cake, there is no better time than Easter week to channel your inner bunny and enjoy the carrot cake ice cream. If that’s not quite your taste, you’re sure to love the Cadbury mini egg flavor. Rockwell ice cream filled with miniature chocolate eggs? I’m there. You can even by these flavors by the pint to take home and enjoy on the actual holiday!
43 N University Ave, Provo
The Chocolate’s traditional chocolate and vanilla cake flavors are making room for an Easter weekend special. Extra moist carrot cake is loaded with cream cheese frosting and garnished with pecan pieces. This is perfect by the slice, or you can order a whole cake to take home. Just make sure you call in before Thursday! The bakery will also have special goodies decorated for the holiday, like Easter egg sugar cookies.

9120 South Redwood Road, West Jordan
Pierre likes to have fun with its desserts, with special themed decorations to match the holiday. You are sure to find plenty of pastels adorning cupcakes and cookies. You definitely won’t want to miss the coconut macaroon Easter nests, topped with playful decorations every kid will absolutely love!
