There’s a new bar in Park City, and it’s cooler than anything else in town. Literally.

Waldorf Astoria Park City debuted its penguin themed ice lounge last night in a media preview—but it’s open to the public starting today, and through the rest of the ski season from 2-8 each evening. The bar, located on a terrace at the former Canyon’s resort, features ice carvings of penguins, a throne for two made out of ice* (also shaped like penguins), and, of course, a bar made of ice.

The drinks menu focuses on bubbly—specifically, of course, Moët Ice— a champagne, they say, is meant to be served over, of course, ice. The new ice champagne and others will be available at the bar, by glass, flight or bottle.

There are also cocktails available, including something called a Kentucky Fizz, featuring High West Double Rye, bitters and Moët Ice.

The bar’s food menu fits in nicely with the theme, as it’s all seafood and all raw bar. Oysters, caviar and sashimi all make appearances.
