Scar of the Sea is not your typical chardonnay. It is not overly oaked and is not buttery. It is very crisp like biting into an apple. It goes well with the Orchard Salad; bringing out the sweetness of the apples, peppers and dressing. It tones down the bitterness of the arugula and enhances the flavor of the walnuts.
