Deux

Deux features work by a pair of choreographers integral to the history of Repertory Dance Theatre and of modern dance as a whole. The Winged, by José Limón, is a marvelous work, both spacious and delicate, a distillation of what it means to float, to flutter, to soar. Chairs (excerpts), by Zvi Gotheiner, is choreography for dancers and chairs. The work is comprised of movement sections filled with unforgettable and lush movement that speaks of the human experience.

Deux will be performed for three evenings, April 24-26, 2025, at The Rose Wagner Performing Arts Center in Salt Lake City, beginning at 7:30 p.m.
