How to Look at Contemporary Art

Join Kimball Art Center’s Executive Director, Aldy Milliken, and Ceramists Hazel Coppola and Horacio Rodriguez as we demystify and unpack the artwork in our Traces exhibition at the Kimball Arts Center in Park City, Utah.

Dive into expert insights on the intersection of contemporary art and ceramics, and leave with a fresh perspective on powerful storytelling potential. This event is part of our How to Look at Contemporary Art series, which pairs local experts with Kimball Art Center’s thought-provoking exhibitions to offer unique reflections and engaging discussions.

While adults enjoy this exhibition program, kids ages 5–12 can get creative in the studio! Led by a teaching artist, this session includes hands-on art-making inspired by contemporary themes in the exhibit —All materials provided.

This Event is Free to Attend, RSVP is encouraged.
