Join Sugar House Distillery & Bitters Lab at Scion Cider Bar on Thursday, June 12th at 7 PM for a very special limited edition Barrel Masters Series pre-release tasting event.
The 375ml Bottles will be available for sale on Friday, June 13th at the distillery, but craft beverage aficionados can get a preview taste for every palate at this pre-launch event, open to the public (21 and over, of course).
Scion Cider Bar will be featuring tasters of the small batch Single Malt Whisky for sipping, preparing a craft cocktail made with Bitters Lab Apricot & Vanilla bitters, and serving its own housemade Provençal Reserve cider by the glass during the event.
ONE case of Scion Provençal Reserve cider has been bottle conditioned for an additional year in anticipation of this special event.

The barrel for this special release has been on an epic flavor journey.
After the initial aging of the bold Sugar House rye, Bitters Lab took the reins and refilled it with their exquisite Apricot Vanilla handcrafted cocktail bitters, aging their recipe for one year.
Scion Cider then recognized the potential and refilled it with their delicious Provencal cider blend, made with local Utah apples, apricots and lavender, aged in the barrel for nine months.
Finally, Sugar House Distillery reclaimed it to finish our single malt for an additional six months, allowing the whiskey to subtly absorb all the fruity, herbal undertones. We hope you enjoy this special bottle, which represents a true collaboration of local craft and flavor.
