Some collections need more than a runway. They require a place that tells their story. That’s why Patricia Nash chose the Wildkitchen at The Lodge at Blue Sky Ranch to unveil her new fall line. Set against the wide-open beauty of Blue Sky Ranch, the Wildkitchen mirrors what the collection stands for: authenticity, warmth, and respect for the natural world. Nash’s fall collection is built on the idea that beautiful things should carry a sense of place.
“I love this backdrop in Utah; I have never been here before,” said Jennifer Vanderink. “We thought it was perfect for this Nordic Scandinavian collection.”
Patricia Nash launched her company at 50, after years spent designing for other names. That’s a milestone worth celebrating, proof that reinvention has no expiration date. Nash’s daughter, Jennifer Vanderink, serves as Vice President of Operations and Strategy from their home base in Knoxville, Tennessee.
This is a family story as much as a fashion one.

“This brand was built as a labor of love that my mother started 16 years ago; I don’t think she thought it would be what it is,” Vanderink said. “She is the CEO and designer; it is a lot of work, blood, sweat and tears. All the collections we produce are based on some kind of travel or family heritage or story.
The heart of the fall collection lives thousands of miles away, in the landscapes of Scandinavia, Patricia’s ancestral home. Her travels there shaped every piece, from the earthy palette to the clean lines and quiet confidence that define Nordic design. These aren’t trend-chasing accessories. They’re timeless leather pieces meant to age gracefully alongside you. Think heritage meets wanderlust, wrapped in craftsmanship you can feel. All the leather is custom. Prints change with every season.
The collection extends into an array of meticulously crafted pieces, including handbags, wallets, and wristlets that balance function with elegance. Thoughtfully designed travel essentials make every trip stylish and seamless, while shoes and jewelry bring an effortless touch of sophistication to any outfit. Accessories like sunglasses and belts add subtle layers of charm, and for men, the messenger bags and backpacks integrate practicality with sleek, understated design.
“We have a staff of 40 people and are the number two trend to COACH,” Vanderink said. “Our trend continues to grow, and I am proud to be a pretty lean team compared to such huge brands.”
Watch for the upcoming Spring collection, inspired by London, where Patricia met her husband. The spring line will also feature the Paddington Bear launching in April, the same week it debuts on Broadway in New York.
