​Primrose Productions is a Salt Lake City-based event production and consulting company renowned for its expertise in community engagement, grassroots marketing, and public space activations. Since 2018, Primrose has partnered with the Salt Lake City Arts Council to produce the annual Busker Fest, a vibrant celebration of street performance held in downtown Salt Lake City. This free, family-friendly festival transforms Main Street and Regent Street—collectively known as Block 70—into a dynamic stage for musicians, dancers, jugglers, magicians, and other performers. By reviving the city’s rich Vaudeville heritage, Busker Fest brings quirky and joyful entertainment back to the heart of Salt Lake City 

Under the leadership of founder and event director Kim Angeli, Primrose Productions has been instrumental in shaping Busker Fest into a cornerstone of Salt Lake City’s cultural calendar. Angeli emphasizes the festival’s commitment to showcasing both seasoned and emerging artists, celebrating the traditional while applauding the unconventional.
