Meldrum Theatre

The Meldrum Theatre is a versatile performing arts venue located in the Emma Eccles Jones Conservatory, part of the Pioneer Theatre Company complex on the University of Utah campus in Salt Lake City. As a black box theater, it offers a flexible and intimate performance space that can be configured in various ways to suit different productions, making it a hub for experimental and smaller-scale performances. The Meldrum Theatre is primarily used by Pioneer Theatre Company for its Play-By-Play series, which focuses on developing new works and allowing playwrights to see their plays performed in front of an audience in an early stage of development.
