Historic Main Street in Park City, Utah, is a vibrant cultural hub that hosts a variety of events and festivals throughout the year, offering visitors a rich tapestry of experiences.
One of the signature events is the Park City Kimball Arts Festival, held annually in August. This open-air festival features over 200 jury-selected artists, live music, and interactive art experiences, transforming Main Street into a dynamic celebration of creativity.
During the summer months, the Park Silly Sunday Market takes place every Sunday from June through September. This eco-friendly open-air market and street festival offers a mix of local artisans, food vendors, live music, and family-friendly activities, creating a lively atmosphere that draws both locals and tourists.
Seasonal celebrations also play a significant role in Main Street’s event calendar. The Fourth of July Celebration features a parade, live music, and fireworks, while Miner’s Day on Labor Day honors Park City’s mining heritage with a parade, mucking and drilling competitions, and community festivities.
In September, the Autumn Aloft hot air balloon festival adds a splash of color to the skies above Main Street, offering spectators a visual treat with early morning launches and evening festivities.
