Courtsey of cubbyschicagobeef.blogspot.com

Cubby’s is well know in Utah, with restaurants in both Utah and Salt Lake County and was so successful now they now have a food truck.  Their truck roams on – serving some of the best Chicago beef sandwiches in Utah.  Check out their sandwich Mr. Beef with homemade giardiniera on a french roll. @cubbysbeef

10. Bandera Brisket

Bandera Brisket is a great and authentic Texas BBQ truck.  This is not your average bbq brisket. It is smoked for over 14-hours with cedar and is over a half pound of meat.  They also have other meats rotating day by day.  Servicing Salt Lake and Utah County, this truck can be hard to find sometimes.  It is usually at The Gateway on Thursday’s but best check out their website for the most accurate location and menu.  @banderabrisket
