6. Yoshi’s Enso Grill

Yoshi’s started out as a restaurant in Salt Lake City and grew to be very successful when they decided to also take their food to the streets. Yoshi’s serves rice bowls with some amazing teriyaki as well as sushi and gyoza. They give away free meals on their instagram too! @yoshisensogrill
7. The Curryer SLC

While also technically a cart and not a truck, The Curryer does a great job at doing what its name would suggest, making fantastic curry. Their setup even is complete with a tandoor oven, the only way to get authentically baked naan to go with your curry. @TheCurryer
8. Fat Kid Mac N Cheese

The cheesiest food truck around. Fat Kid Mac n Cheese is a gourmet twist on an American classic. Served hot and fresh all the time. Rated one of the best comfort food trucks in Salt Lake City. Check out their Twitter to find the trucks daily location. @fatkidloveSLC
9. Cubby’s

Cubby’s is well know in Utah, with restaurants in both Utah and Salt Lake County and was so successful now they now have a food truck. Their truck roams on – serving some of the best Chicago beef sandwiches in Utah. Check out their sandwich Mr. Beef with homemade giardiniera on a french roll. @cubbysbeef
10. Bandera Brisket
Bandera Brisket is a great and authentic Texas BBQ truck. This is not your average bbq brisket. It is smoked for over 14-hours with cedar and is over a half pound of meat. They also have other meats rotating day by day. Servicing Salt Lake and Utah County, this truck can be hard to find sometimes. It is usually at The Gateway on Thursday’s but best check out their website for the most accurate location and menu. @banderabrisket
