People are gearing up for the annual Live PC Give PC on Friday, November 9. Live PC Give PC is the 24-hour fundraising blitz to raise money for nonprofits throughout Summit County. Last year, Live PC Give PC raised upwards of $2 million for local organizations from more than 4,100 donors, and organizers are aiming to push that number to more than 4,500 unique donors in 2018.

Participating in the day of giving is easy; to donate, simply head to livepcgivepc.org. Choose the nonprofit most important to you—whether that’s Mountain Town Music, the Utah Avalanche Center, Save Our Canyons, the National Ability Center, the Utah Clean Energy Alliance or any of the participating organizations—and give whatever you’re able. Local support of nonprofits is essential to making an impact in the community for education, advocacy, arts, culture and entertainment in Summit County, and the effects can be felt across the state.
Once you’ve donated, celebrate you generous nature at the Live PC Give PC party at High West. The 21+ event starts at 8:00 p.m. and ends at midnight. There will be live music and a cash bar, and you can go confidently knowing the drinks taste even better after doing something good for your community.
